Delete your pagr account

pagr is a hospital phone directory app, provided by pagr (pagrapp.com). You can delete your account at any time.

In the app

Open pagr and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@pagrapp.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my pagr account”. We'll delete it and confirm by reply within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in (email, password, passkeys, and any linked Google account)
Your profile (name, main hospital) and your favourites
The list of hospitals you've saved

What stays

Directory numbers you added or edited stay in the shared directory so other staff can still use them. Your name is removed from them and from their change history.
If your own phone number is listed in a directory and you want it removed, say so in your email and we'll remove it.
Database backups are kept for a limited time for disaster recovery. Deleted data disappears from them as they expire.
